I suffer from insomnia, and this has been the only consistent (non-narcotic) help I've tried. Just be sure to take it well ahead of when you actually want to sleep. I generally mix it into some water and slowly drink it about 1-2 hours before I want to be asleep.
This is my magic potion for a good night's sleep!!! I could always fall asleep but not stay asleep. I received my first packet as a sample in a wellness kit from my health insurance company. I tried it and right away I noticed that I could go back to sleep after getting up to use the bathroom - previously I would be awake for at least two hours. I placed an order and now I have used it for two months. I stopped for a few days just to see what would happen and it was back to waking up and not being able to get back to sleep. This Start Fuel sleep serum really does the trick. I don't do it every night, but the nights I can feel will be hard to go to sleep, I take this supplement and I am out under 10 mins.

Got a bag as a gift….It sat on the counter until I was repeatedly having trouble falling asleep/staying asleep. Decided to try it out….amazingly, slept so much better the first night. Figured it was just a placebo. WEnt a couple more nights without it….back to poor sleep. tried it again, slept great. At first I wasnt sure, but after using the whole bag, I will say without a doubt this stuff works. I recommend mixing with the minimum amount of water possible, taking it like a shot. Just bought 2 more bags.
